At Armaf US Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Armaf US
Affix the provided return shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
